Every time you walk in and stand in line for at least 30 minutes if you’re lucky. I can’t seem to understand as to what is holding the staff to open up more tills. Unfortunately, if I had the choice to give zero rating, I would.

Mostly friendly staff and they try to get the line moving at busy times, but what really annoys me is the people who constantly pester me to sign up for more and more credit cars. Back off.

By far the worst bank I have ever been in. Had my account for 1 day before I deactivated it due to the sheer amount of rudeness and unprofessional staff. Don’t even waste your time or energy banking with them, they can’t even be trusted to do their job properly. I would give 0 stars if I could, since they try to blame customers for their own mistakes. Save the headache and use TD (or any competent bank)!
