The person I had an appointment for wasn't in the office but fortunately for me, Stefan was able to assist. Money stuck in atm machine...i think they need to change their atm machine. Its very frustrating ☹️. Learn something from Scotiabank
I stopped by today in order to him some missing tax paperwork printed. The teller was amazing, not only did she print what she could but she went though everyone of my items in order to ensure I didn't in fact receive paperwork that I was not even asking about! I have had hit and miss interaction with TD as of late but this branch really helped me out!
hands down the best TD I've dealt with. The staff that helped me were very knowledgeable, very very quick and respectful. Being younger it can be hard to be taken seriously yet they were helpful without hesitation. Even on short notice they made things happen.
This is an excellent Branch. The manager Ross is really personable and his staff are knowledgeable. I prefer to go to this branch because the customer service is excellent and team members are friendly to deal with.
