Slowest service at any bank I have ever been. Something as simple as a deposit takes 10 minutes. 2 people in line and you wait 5-10 minutes just to get to the counter.

So frustrating trying to make a simple phone call to the branch to make an appointment. I'm pressed for time and they take me to an auto-attendant on the phone. Go through a couple menus then they want other information "for security purposes". I'm only trying to make a branch appointment. I can literally drive to the branch faster than go through this process. Time to consider a more customer friendly banking institution.

The automated phone system is awful. There needs to be a way to talk to a human being.

I wish I wasn’t writing this as I always liked coming to this branch I just spoke with a older woman blonde hair mid 60’s she was completely and utterly rude with me she kept cutting me off and giving me atitude I am shocked at this behaviour all I did was simply try state my needs that’s completely un acceptable behaviour I see there is also another review with the same woman but with racism involved this is appalling in it she literally has made me question if I should continue banking with RBC and I love RBC it’s Shame we customers are treated like that it should be customer service first there was a gentleman also involved he was very respectful the whole time actually trying to find a solution to my problem thank you to that guy
