Literally walked into the branch, made a appointment for a hour later via phone. ” covid related distancing”. No phone call, no email, nothing. Regardless of covid situations I expect a lot more from my bank, at the least a clarifying email. No contact. Even if they made a mistake on the day and hour. No email confirmation. Very disappointed. Tried to call to fix the issue and automated repeat options that doesn’t help one bit with a missed appointment.

Three different staff members plus one in there call centre told me different things. I went in when i was instructed without an appt which i was assured wasnt required. Only to be told that i would have to make an appt. and come back that day. Get on the same page people and maybe you should be more concerned with your staff's equilibrium and not as much on covid protection. We know how to stand apart and use hand sanitizer.

The worst bank in history, been dealing with a retirement fund issue for over a year now and they have literally been dragging their feet without a concern for that long. Does it take a year to cut a simple cheque??

So this is 100% a construction site. Posting so you don't drive here and waste your time like me.

Where do I start! What is going on with the set up at this branch!? If nothing its just odd to look at but if you have little kids it's enough to make you cry! Firstly the weird teller islands they have leave their drawers exposed where your standing so toddlers will start to muddle through them. Secondly the low welcome desk by the front door is at perfect eye height for a 5 year old and juts out. So my daughter walked into it and left with black eye. They gave her a lip gloss though so she was elated. I'll never understand the big exposed, open bank vault concept but they do love getting upset with children who gravitate towards it. I spent 2 hours!!! in an office trying to set up the most basic business account. They kept grumbling about how they couldn't get their system to work. Then they couldn't figure out how to give me 2 debit cards for the account and said they wold get back to me because I needed to get out of their or I was going to lose it. It's been 2 weeks so I can only assume they have no idea what they're doing.
