I have mortgages.... secutities.... checking acct... savings..... investments!!!! They did not return my call...... no one really cared..... used to put Valley 1st on a pedestal.... they are usually so much more attentive than a BIG BANK..... usually...... not today....!!!!

Not very accommodating for a person in a wheelchair. High counters and off to the side, a lowered counter is a catch all. How about trainingvyour staff to use the lower counter when dealing with a client in a wheelchair.

I have been a member for approximately 40 years. The staff and management have been great (5 star service). With the recent retirement of many good quality people the replacement staff is far from service oriented. My most recent experiences with Morgan Binns makes me consider moving our accounts to another institution. Thank goodness for Sandra Starke at the Armstrong branch as she is one of the few left that understand the business model of a bank and its service. The self absorbed 30 somethings that are the next generation bankers have brought a new model of service that the "member" is fortunate to have them assisting you. Just try calling the local branch to wait on line for the call center to finally answer and then loose the call when they attempt a transfer.

After weeks of working with a local mortgage broker trying to get a conventional mortgage...I turned to Mark @ Valley First on Friday Morning. when the banks say no...... to everything go to valley first or any credit union they are my hero's i was at RBC after my bankruptcy discharged and they said no to everything credit card/investments/savings but after i switched to valley first it was epic i got my RDSP investment my own secured cash back mastercard no AF WITH $600 DOWN for a $500 limit will become unsecured this december 2020!!!! and i have a HISA plus they know me by name all in all i'm happy.....don't forget if you have a past bankruptcy and are (*discharged*) and are looking for a good bankruptcy friendly place look at valley first for secured credit cards you will have to do a deposit and it will take a bit but you should get it like i did i put down a deposit of $600 for a $500 limit so you have an idea good luck!
