Lately my bank experiences were a big disappointment however when l left this bank l had a big smile on my face 😃 The whole experience and interaction with my account manager was an absolute pleasure! Absolutely hate the phone assistant, if your not annoyed when you call you are by the time you talk to a real person

Helpful and pleasant tellers. If there is a line other staff will come out and help get the line down. The website is always up today and you can change your password online versus call in if you have forgotten it.

We went in today with a concern. The manager saw us right away. Spent almost an hour with us. Listened carefully and once he understood the issue took care of everything. We are a small non profit organization and yet the care and attention given to us was amazing. I honestly didn't know banks still had heart. Thank you RBC.
