They've just updated their online banking services. Can't access account, have a funeral to pay for with tight deadlines (not my account - power of attorney) and can't get hold of anyone by phone. Unbelievable!
I've been locked out of my online banking for 3 days. I call the member service line and it hangs up on me telling me to call back later . This is ridiculous.
Requiring us to make an *appointment* for... everything? Still? Really? It’s not easy to be worse than a bank, but you’ve managed it. Terrible service.
