Frustrated beyond words, mail.box full, can never get to speak to someone. Been passed from pillar to post. No international helpline. Just constantly been shut down via email. So done. Costing me a fortune in international calls. Tried emailing after this message was replied to, email address was wrong. Can someone from a high level in international transfer please contact me asap.

Very accessible to everyone. Great customer service served with a smile! I do wish however that their phone # was useable, as after repeated calls were left unanswered. Can't speak with a single employee of BMO Courtenay, which is useless.

Service is fast and staff is very helpful. Had no problems ever since.

Recently some of the staff working there seem very unhappy as if they didn't want to be there, and were rude with me when I had some questions about my account. Usually the staff there are wounderful and very helpful.

There's almost always only one teller when I come in and a metric ton of people in line angrily waiting. Needs more tellers to assist people. However when I finally get to the till the service is lovely. If only it didn't take a half an hour to get there.
