I had a great experience. Set up an appointment in advance with a financial advisor. She handled everything very efficiently and effectively. Location was handy, and a short walk from free parking. Thought the staff was very friendly.

Only one ATM at branch no RBC ATMs anywhere else in town atm at branch is also out of service lots

I find rbc disappointing to deal with from a small business point of view. I have moved my banking needs to a friendlier bank. I no longer wish to hand over %10 of my gross income to an unfriendly unforgiving cold harsh thief of a company. Our local branch is not responsible for this terrible review, the whole institution from the upper level are high payed thieves.
