TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Good bank but the hours are horrible. 10-4 during the week and closed on weekends, have been trying to come in for 3 weeks now but with my work it’s impossible.

I find it quite disgusting that the bank would choose to call a small business loan during a pandemic and then advise them that they are cancelling the small business account. There is no legal reason why they are closing the account and calling in the debt. The payments have always been made. They just don't like the industry the small business is in. Shame on the bank for causing such hardship during a pandemic. The business was just starting to recover from the closures and now the bank has called tens of thousands in debt with 30 days notice. Truly disgusting.

It's fine but it's busy quite often. I've considered changing banks for this reason alone. The bank itself and staff are nice but being mindful of when it's busy and keeping conversation to a minimum during those times would probably help a great deal.

I have been a client (both business and personal) for several years. I have always been impressed by the welcoming and helpful attitude of all staff. The hours are great and the ATM gives you a choice of bills!

I am extremely impressed with the staff at the Parksville location. Yesterday was the first time I went into that location. The atmosphere had a great vibe and I left there feeling very valued as a client.
