I moved recently in Terrebonne i use this branch cause its on my way .
I just am amazed by the staff members very knowledgeable and friendly .
I prefer banking like the GOOD old days .
Bad experience with an advisor with whom I spoke, I found him very arrogant in these words
I have them bank accounts to at least 6 different banks and visited more than a dozen banks in the last 15 years and NEVER I had a service as exceptional as the TD branch of Bois-des-Filion . The location is good, the opening hours are much more pace than other banks, the place is newer modern clean and beautiful than other banks, the staff is younger and all friendly, competent and smiling every time we go.
The director is very dedicated and it looks like nothing but it's still flattering that we come in and even she remembers our name! : o Special mention to my advisor "Myrianne" for whom I believe that there is not yet an adjective to the height of the service it gives to its customers. I have a business and I know what is the customer service so I have the bar leaving very high and I have always served my customers as I would like to be served myself and at that level it could not not do better. It makes all the difference when you feel like a VIP rather than a simple account number.
Oh and even the free coffee there is better than the other lol branches, and no I'm not paid to say that: p In short the general impression there is that it's a bank and a staff without pretension, who looks down on us and gives a feeling more "close to the people".
Best service in a bank that I could receive!
