I'm not the type to complain publicly but this time too much. Really disappointing service at the Blainville / St-Janvier branch. Maybe I just ran into the wrong people. When all is well nothing to say but it is in crisis management that we recognize the real skills of people or companies. If you are in Private Management, ATTENTION completely null service and irresponsible people. What is this service for which should be superior when we are told after 2 weeks that we only had to contact the Tel-Nat service if we wanted information or make a transaction quickly. I will not name the names of my advisor and her boss, but they will surely recognize each other. Really a shame and really disappointed!

I had a problem with an employee who did not follow up on a promised refund. 3 weeks later, I followed up and he told me that he had forgotten and vaguely talked about the situation to his boss but that the refund would be impossible. I demanded to speak to the boss, Mr. Charrette, who promptly settled the situation. Feel free to escalate problems to higher levels. Since then, I have an excellent service.

I went there for a problem of packages. The person I spoke to told me he was going to do it. After 3 weeks, still no change, so I went back and talked with someone else. The lady solved the problem in a few minutes in front of me. Very good service despite the hanging

Employees very badly honest. Pay attention to hidden fees and false promises before signing anything!

Lack of consideration of clients who have been misinformed and who have to pay interest charges for school fees unpaid by the bank.
