Waiting for the mortgage balance for a mortgage transfer to another banking institution for 1 week, unable to speak to anyone. Meanwhile, my mortgage has expired and I'm charged a usurious interest rate that goes from 2.79% to 7.05%. It is supposedly a new central system that is causing the delay. So it's nobody's fault. Very bad experience and quite a way to treat customers.

I close my account today because it is in my opinion the worst bank I have ever tried in my life and the young woman at the counter has a really unpleasant attitude. She charged me $ 10 in nebulous fees to close the account, She sent her to close it instead of listening to The problems and wanting my, I left BNC MasterCard, BNC home insurance and BNC bank I would never come back. Their online service (app and website) has several problems, their security in the face of the transaction is almost nonexistent. I have been a client of this branch for many years and have always been well served by employees. I changed banks for personal reasons and now retired I am no longer in the area. But I always liked the service offered by the cashiers.
