Horrible customer service beyond belief. Refused to even acknowledge me as a customer even with proof of purchase from the store, and then threatened me to leave the store.

Update March 31: At your suggestion, we sent a letter directly to the company, and did not contact the manager in person. We sent the letter Wednesday, but still have not received follow-up on this Sunday evening. Would it be easier for you if I copied the letter in this comment? Original message: I have been informed of an incident that occurred today involving threats to a client and a charge of theft at Couche-Tard store number 171. The manager, named Marjorie, did not verify the situation. and did not take any steps to assist the client or attempt to resolve the situation. She denied any responsibility and left the client alone in front of an aggressive and disrespectful clerk who threatened the client and kicked him out of the store. The client had to take steps afterwards by himself to resolve the situation. An official complaint will be given to the head office and a copy of the letter will be delivered in person to Marjorie in the coming days. Hoping that the quality of service is improved at this branch.
