Very bad service and much too long of a wait to get 2 cheques. I have been client for 25 years and never seen a branch with such a bad customer service.

Honestly probably the worst RBC establishment that I've been to. I no longer have any other choice but to change banks due to the fact that I've moved to St Jerome and it's the only branch near by!

wait a half of hour for depositing a few dollars, and the employee tells me better to deposit on ATM in next time. LoL

It is the worst RBC branch in Quebec. I had to make a deposit of money to my business account and I had more problems than to travel to the US, and when you speak English they look at you as if you were a stranger from another planet and they treat you badly, and I'm not really interested in speaking French Because my business is in English and everything is going well. I am a RBC client for years and here I never return anymore in my life.

Customer service very bad. I am a business client. I just go for a deposit, take so long and always have line up.
