worse branch, worse customer service at checkouts. employees having no manner, do not know how to talk to their customers, are in a hurry to leave and close. the worst is a manon cashier if only she would take customer service courses her career and life !!!!!

The BNC business has a very excellent BAD service to the business. We have been a client for more than 32 years with BNC St-Jérôme. Flex Business is NOT here to help local businesses. With our ever-increasing growth, the National Bank is putting us in the wheel. We owe a special thanks to Francine, Julie and Ms. Pilote, without forgetting Ms. Desjardins for welcoming their EXCELLENT personalized service. We are currently in negotiations with another financial institution with in order to continue our rapid growth. In summary, for individual services, I recommend the business service; AVOID FLEX BUSINESS !!! After writing this message, a BNC employee left me this nice message which you can read below! Serious !! You can see their detachment and disinterest in answering real questions and problems. A generic message COMPLETELY next to the track!

I would give a zero if I could ... 2 line at the entrance one that asks you where you are going and what you come to do the other 3 feet further away He asks you the same things more the symptoms and then you can go at the counter, returned to the queue which has nobody I wait like a thick one because the 3 I say the 3 cashiers talk about everything and nothing with the customers sense forward why the customers come. well lean on the counter done 15m I wait like an idiot I am in a hurry, I finally veer because it is too much for me ... Never again this branch !!!!

Not even able to answer the phone That 4 times I call this morning ... 3 times hung up by a person And the other time by machines ...
