I have been dealing with this branch for nearly 20 years and it has finally come to this... This branch has absolutely horrendous customer service! My dealings with Saphia in particular have left much to be desired; a complete disregard for her clients with absolutely no follow-through. Given such poor quality of service, it is no surprise that BMO has been one of Canada's worst performing banks in recent years. I would avoid dealing with BMO, and this branch in particular, at all costs! Take your business and finances to another financial institution that will treat you like a valued customer!
I took this bank when i was living in Montreal and main reason was because of the service but this one no service at all. One day they close 4 min earlier, didn't let me inn. Today had problems change my check, the same check i changed last month with them but today they decided to froze it for couple's days. Not coming back.
Excellent service. Courteous and helpful employees.
I can say unequivocally that the bank of Montreal located in A saint constant is the worst bank I have dealt with in my 20 years in the real estate industry.
This bank not only cost me huge amounts of money due to their incompetence, but hours of wasted time.
The team is misinformed, especially the manager of the bank.
I am going to close my account..and I recommend that all clients in this branch do the same.
Always excellent service both on the personal and commercial side!
