There is always something wrong. They forget to have the customer sign, the customer has to come back. We take time off to go, the system does not work, so no transaction possible. They give me a phone number to do the transaction, a 2 hour wait and no answer on the phone.

By far the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I called to have some information about my mortgage. The person who answered me was completely lost, not able to follow a conversation ... I repeated my question 6 times and after 7 minutes on the phone, I politely ended the conversation without receiving a response or help. I am currently in the process of closing my mortgage with them and transferring my accounts elsewhere. In 35 years he has never experienced such a bad experience "client vs.. business". I look forward to the days to finally close all the accounts associated with them, even if it is now 35 years that I am with the National Bank.

By far my worst experience with the bank. Despite investments, mortgages, insurance, etc., no one supports a folder a little more complex when necessary. Overhead charges, incomplete answers, no one wants to take the mistakes and solve the problems. And the humbusman, clearly does nothing either. My worst service to life by far!

A real gang of incopétent who work the same the director is lost there I made a personal loan with had and it was so badly organized that it dragged 2-3 weeks
