I have been a client of the National Bank for over 13 years now, I have all my accounts with the BNC, whether personal or professional. About 3 months ago, I had a problem with my mobile app. So I contacted them via TELNAT to try to understand what was going on. They told me to come to a branch to identify myself. So that's what I'm going to do. Once there, I am told that no one can do anything to help me at the branch and that I must call TELNAT. I therefore explain to them that it was TELNAT who asked me to go to the branch and I was Answer that TELnat can identify me online by answering the security questions. So I called TELNAT back to tell them what I was told at the branch, they tell me that they have supposedly found the problem and that everything will be resolved within 24 hours. 24 hours later, the problem is still not resolved. So I call again and I'm told I need to uninstall and then reinstall the app. It still does not work. The problem has persisted for 3 months now. I had to spend about 20 hours on the phone with them to try to remedy the problem, 3 months later, I am still unable to pay a bill, make an interac transfer or use anything through their app . Too much is too much, so I asked that all my accounts be closed, and after 3 months, I was told that they were going to pass my file to another department that was to say `` priority and that my problem will be resolved in less than 24 hours. '' They waited 3 months to classify my case as "priority". I am finally happy and I tell myself that my file will finally be processed. And No .... my file has been a priority for 15 days ..... still nothing. I can't take this bank anymore, its incompetence and its ridiculousness. I strongly advise against doing business with this bank. By far the worst service I have received in my life. We really don't care about the customer's face.
