Terrible Bank
I waited at the counter for about ten minutes, never a hello or even a look .... I left!
I inserted my card in the Interac machine and for no reason it engulfs her I then try to call them but without much surprise no help possible
Frustrating telephone system: We are talking to a machine and not a human. We need to leave a message and wait for us to be called. The statements do not show the funds available, but a balance with the deductions, which is misleading. Computer systems synchronization problems. For example, deposit alerts arrive hours before money appears in the account. Likewise, the daily limit counters are reset at around 2:30 a.m. instead of midnight. Deductions from our paychecks and other deadlines. Package fees and NSF check higher than at Desjardins, for example. Ice cream staff and mard service.
