Very long wait! Attendant to the between us said that it is normal to go to the counter! I have a business and it does not work like that and at other financial institution I use no wait and even at other BNC branch the service is fast. So preposter I will not go to the counter but to another bank tomorrow open account to close you. Thank you for enlightening me on how you treat your customers.

Ridiculous hours. Incredible adviser turnover I've never had the same. Often lost documents. The parent company doesn't help them much either. Instant termination of student file with threats of prosecution the day I finished my studies.

Absolutely non-standard service. It's been months since my 89-year-old mother tried to transfer her federal and provincial pensions, with recommended letters to support ... nothing, no answer from the bank ... and no telephone service, to believe that Some people's calls for certain employees are filtered.
