Visited this branch today and we needed special care related to a complicated matter for our account. Marie and the elder staff member were very helpful explaining everything and took care of us in a timely manner. I recommend it to others. Ask for Manager if anything.

THEY TELL ME THAT I HAVE LIKE A PROMOTION SO THEY GIVE ME AN APPOINTEMENT ON 18/03/2020 5 PM SAT DOWN WAITED FOR 10 MINUTE BEFORE SOMEONE CAME AND TELLS ME,,,,,,,,,,THAT IT WAS CANCELED,,,,,,,,,I DROVE 45 KM THERE AND 45 KM BACK AND THEY THE NERVES TO TELL ME THEY CALLED ON TOP OF THAT............................... YOU HAD 2 PHONE NUMBERS AND MY EMAIL TO CONTACT ME,I HAVE CALLER DISPLAY ON ALL PHONES ,YOU NEVER CALLED OR EMAIL ME , COTEAU DU LAC BRANCH VERY POOR SERVIC .. VAUDREUIL IS THERE FOR YOU.

It is a pleasure to go at this branch, I also don’t understand why some people complain, I go there often and every time I got excellent knowledgeable service! Ils sont les meilleurs, excellent service!

i dont understand people saying they had bad service or not like any other TD banks.. I never had problems there, was always fast and had great service!
