Terrible service... no réceptionniste to answer the phone... playing cat and mouse to reach someone qualified..... a business would go under with this business plan

always complicated with had ... his never answers the phone and no way to send them our tax accounts by email like other institutions well no we have to go physically there each time .... we are in 2020 would be time to 'to evolve.

Whenever EVERY time I phone in a branch, no answer. I leave messages, he calls me back 5 hours later. This problem is not new! Coudon is not complicated to win especially since my money is with you, nothing to reassure! And when the answering machine comes on board if you do not have the extension number, it is impossible to speak to someone except to wait for the return call. A quick reminder, the staff is fine, but before it was anything from a financial institution.
