I constantly suffer from their incompetence. Unable to obtain the disbursement of a loan signed in branch, need a sales contract !! You want to talk to your representative, you have to wait because he works there every other week because he shares the workforce with 2 branches, so twice as long when the time comes to get answers. Today I realize that they have taken my duplicate mortgage payment, I call, pass through their miles and an option of the telephone system to make me say sorry we do not have access to your file in branch you have to call in Montreal. It's been 45 minutes now that I wait in line and all that just to find out why they are served twice in my account.

When we call for information to customer service the option we remind you pcq we do not have all 45 min to wait for a tip of a phone and not be able to answer our calls during ste time for not missed its place and wait another 45min ..... we are in 2020! the others are doing it .. ..😡😡😡

Good ben I was on hold last night 2 hours !!!! worse today I am still until now it's 45 minutes! really bad !
