RBC is a disaster for business banking- I would highly recommend going somewhere else. I can't imagine that they are much better with personal banking either.
It’s team effort from this branch to give you worsts experience!! You can see the sadness on their face after entering the branch in whistler. I went to make a draft & they took my 45 minutes!!! Ended up saying I have to have receivers transit number!!!
Spent an hour trying to make an appointment...still never received one... everytime I mentioned "withdrawal" they hung up on me. Would be funny if they hadn't wasted my entire day.
Outrageously hostile staff who go to any lengths to keep clients parted from their own money.
Great place. Jon did my mortgage 4 years ago and walked me through every step. I couldn't be happier. If you need a mortgage Jon is your guy! Thanks!
