If I could give '0' stars, I would! My grandmother (86 years old) banks here. She left 2 messages, was never called back. I tried to call for her: no one answers and you are given a list of web sites. My grandmother does not have a computer! I call the number for non clients but they still ask you for a client card number or credit card. When you don't have any, they hang up! Shame on you for forcing an elderly person to go to her branch because you will not answer the phone or return her calls. UPDATE: Had the opportunity of speaking to the manager who offered to order the cheques. Unfortunately my Nana had already gone herself to the bank.

Worst service ever, they can’t even serve you properly with basic things like opening an account ! Incompetent, unorganized and slow. Don’t bother with them...find another bank who can actually open an account and give you a client card on the same day instead telling you to go online to open an account and wait 1 month to get your bank card in the mail...🙄

Mister Alex the teller at RBC Lachine took the time to count all of our change and deposit the funds into my kids bank accounts :) He was extremely patient and friendly!

went on the 30th of October to open a account, was told my debit card would be delivered in 5/10 working days. went to another branch to deal with something else and ask about the debit card, was told that there was never issued. so now i have to wait even long because someone here didn't know how to do their job.
