Very very bad service. There's always like 1 or 2 people at the service counter when there's like 10 people waiting in line. I end up spending more than 10 minutes just waiting in line. Employees just keep talking to each other while were waiting in the line. (We also have other stuff to do). Would highly suggest you guys to not come to this branch. VERY VERY VERY SLOW SERVICE! I would give it a 0 stars if it was possible!

Wow I should have read the reviews before booking an appointment at this branch 🙁 very disappointed your the person we met was Maryam El Tanner and what a horrible experience. I wanted to open a new account she barely gave me any info on types of accounts available and just handed me the pamphlet when I asked her for the best option for me. On top of that she was supposed to call me back when everything was done but she just gave a missed call not leaving any msg or telling me what happened. I had to go back to the branch to find out more info. Stay away from this branch!!!

I've been going to this bank for 35 years There is never enough staff the business line is almost never open And every time you say anything they happen to have an excuse I recommend going to any other CIBC Bank besides this one
