Great service. Pleasant staff. Great environment. I like BOM. Been there a long while. Over 40 yrs.
Went there to close my accounts and withdraw my money. They only closed my savings account and kept charging me their Plus Plan for more than 3 months now. I called them on the phone but they couldn't resolve my issue. Now I have to go back there and further waste my time.
One guy at the counter was nice and helpful. The managers are not helpful, they are stubborn and they don't use common sense. I keep going back to the Monkland branch since they are always more helpful.
One of the fewest good branches in Montreal. Great customer service!
Great service, but the dot on the map is microscopic, and the previous location (10th ave & Notre Dame) still shows on the map. They moved from 10th to Victoria years ago!
