Worst branch ever. I am a customer for long time and requested RESP transferring from my previous bank to BMO. First one took more than 7MONTHS (not 7weeks. 7months) I had to ask and ask! They didn’t even know where my file was!!! Second Transferring (I have a few matured from previous bank) and it’s still going on since July!!!! When I ask, they just either ignore or make an excuse!!! My money is just sitting nowhere without being invested due to their unprofessional service!!!!
Well I wonder how long it will take at this time (so far 4 months and they still said it’s under review! Omg!!!!)
Avoid this branch!!!
I'm not a BMO customer, but I was there to pay a bill for my parents. I was surprised by the lack of professionalism. While counting the money, the teller serving me just left to look for a key to something one of the maintenance workers or someone asked for. Then she came back to complete the process, and handed me my papers back and said that's it. I remembered to ask for my receipt which prompted her to ask for my signature and hand me my receipt. I didn't get the feeling that they were welcoming or attentive towards their customers.
Excellent bank and perfect customer service. I have been a BMO client since 1993 and I have been going to this branch since we moved to Pierrefonds (more than 15 years ago). The staff has changed over the years but they still maintained excellent service. A special thanks to Miss Sapana Patel; she's very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Worst branch ever ...always a long line rude staff, especially the skinny brunette that has no concept of how a line works
Poorly managed branch with disrespectful employees. Regret taking a mortgage at this location. Live and learn.
