I've been with them for two years and it's the worst banking experience you can have. Imagine anything and it happened to us. Delays in opening the loan, notary repayment difficult to obtain (even if it had to be repaid), monthly payment not like on the contract, advance payments that are not made, no return calls even when we say "we look and remind you ", obligation to provide all proof of communication with them (keep all the dates and names of all the people with whom you correspond and this even if it is harmless because the staff is in constant rotation and impossible to 'have the same agent twice), ... I give a star because you have to put at least one to give your opinion. Otherwise, I would say 0!

This is the worst mortgage experience of my life, Councilor Stephane Caron did not do his job and we ended up in front of the notary and he did not complete the loan papers relay, conclusion, no signature and as it was a Friday, we were abandoned for the weekend, fortunately Desjardins helped me transfer my lines of credit and advanced fonts for the signing of the contract on Saturday, there is also the Notary who did not check the papers at least two days before the meeting, it was the least of the things she showed up on a Saturday to sign the papers after I transferred the money into her trust account
