I give this branch a 5 *, because the service we receive there is most courteous, personalized and efficient. I met 3 advisers and each one gave me a very high quality service where we took the time to guide me well. thank you for the service

The telephone system is badly made, I am not a customer, I am shopping. Sa always asks me for my customer card number to make an appointment, option 0 to speak to someone does not exist.

the worst service ever. Appointment with the wrong counselor and he never showed up. Clerks do not know the types of accounts and we have been very poorly advised.
