Very bad experience today. I was advised a TFSA account, without mentioning all that it involved! I was contacted by the people in charge of the opening of the TFSA to realize that many things were not mentioned, NOT at all professional. I will have to make another appointment to arrange everything. Disappointing.

Following my comment on the poor service received at this branch, we were immediately taken in charge by the branch manager, Mr. Chatigny. From this moment impeccable service. Accounts were available in less than an hour and Mr. Chatigny followed up on the progress of our file in less than 24 hours. Only sorry to have had to complain to get to have such a good service, and even more sad to note that it was Mr. Chatigny who had to do the work that was expected of our counselor. That's why the 4 star rather than 5. Anyway, a big thank you to Mr. Chatigny, you knew to make all the difference. 2019-05-27 Terrible service! A month and a half that is expected that the estate account is settled. Yet it is a simple succession, my father is the only heir. The result is that he is at the end of his monetary resources and that the bills come in and we are unable to settle them! Obviously we are unable to speak with the person in charge of the file! A star is still too much. I strongly advise against this bank. As long as I'm going to see my father transfer bank as soon as it is possible!

Thursday 16h !! Worse service, 6 counters, a single counselor who takes an eternity to work, the other employee who has room to serve customers walks from one edge of the other to the bank by pretending to do something. Totally ridiculous a big zero for the service (at the price that I pay to a minimum) I will change bank as soon as I can.
