I only have a credit card with bmo but service is impeccable everytime and they always have an offer for me i would consider moving my account but just like very very lazy btw what should i have for dinner ?
Like other bank, it is now impossoble to talk with someone at your location. Always have to wait on the phone for a long long time.
Friendly staff. With drive thru and wide parking space
Always under-staffed, so an endless line of people. Can't speak to a human on the phone and they don't call back. They sometimes decide to close a weekday without any reason, like today May 25, 2020, we were ten hanging around like turkeys, only to realize that they decided to open only tomorrow. Damn big Ontario bank who doesn't care about the world. Strongly the kindness and the human service of CAISSES POPULAIRES.
if i could put 0 star i would put it. a very low and non-professional service. I'm not going to say that the queue is very long and the service is long (covid justifies). but to open an account that the steps are all done on the internet, all you have to do is validate my ID. and I find myself at the ticket office with a lady who apologizes because she didn't have dinner !! I find it weird.
