Service toujours médiocre à cet endroit, aucune écoute de nos besoins (conseillers). Seule la réception est OK. Vous avez une obligation de répondre aux besoins financiers de votre clientèle mais par téléphone aussi. Manque de professionnalisme ou de supervision d'un directeur ou directrice? Nous avons l'impression qu'il ne savent pas eux même qu'il travail dans une banque! Désolant pour la clientèle..

Very bad experience at this branch Extremely disappointed with the welcome at the reception and what to say about this lady with her familiar and disrespectful attitude which resents you from the start.

Ineffective and frustrating concept. We do everything at the reception not to make an appointment to speak to a mortgage advisor. The aggressive passive receptionist offers to remind you one day, but she doesn't know when, because we want to save money and the time we pay for appointment counselors. It takes nerve to deny you 15 min of time over a period of one year when you pay them $ 6K and more per year in interest on a house mortgage, because you want to "save" the time of advisers. Having been able to choose my bank that manages the mortgage, I would have gone to Desjardins without hesitation. In short, they take your money, refuse you service and to top it all off, they pay for the newly renovated premises with the money from your interests. Unbelievable.
