Incompetence year after year. Badly managed mortgage, we caused costs, no responsibility was taken for their mistake. Multiple follow-up made for renewal (or termination) of mortgage, no notes in our files, they call back constantly because they have no note to dozens of follow-up calls that we made to them. Basically they made us lose about $ 30,000 by their sheer incompetence!

Employees are snobs, treat their customers like good for nothing. Don't show up there unless you're wearing chic jacket pants. In times of pandemic you are asked why you wear a mask or a scarf. A big lack of professionalism and respect.

I am a customer for my business and my personal residence. For the past 4 to 5 years I have seen customer service drop to the point of being a pathetic shadow of what it was. When buying an income property we tried to scam myself with a second lender who would have cost me $ 6000 in additional interest per year. I was given as an explanation that I was not qualified for the loan I was applying for. Strangely, CIBC accepted me in less than 24 hours. Lies, pathetic sevice and wannabes in small Simmons suits.
