Request follow-ups for a month and 1 week today (with follow-ups from me up to 2 times per week) for something that was supposed to be quick and easy! I just changed to this bank, it's scary ..! I hope it won't be like that every time I get a request because I won't be staying long!
Not good, rotten as a service I called 3 times only to find answering machines each time.
after 40 service at the bank of montreal always had good service thank you. p.s. the small enerver must calm down
1 hour wait to speak to a representative, unacceptable.
