The staff seems very lazy, and the waiting time is very very slow. I will just give them 1 star just because they can do deposit and withdraw.

If you're a business customer, don't bother to choose this branch. I'm waiting for 20 minutes already lining up and still waiting. The personal banking line moves way faster and they don't seem to care for business customers waiting at all. Time is precious and the bank should know better about it

Expect to wait up to 45 minutes in line to reach a teller. They also no longer have a business line. all colors of stop at this location or new and therefore an experience and take an extremely long time to be able to help you with complex issues. I wanted to close a business account and they made me literally write out a letter by hand instructing them to do so because they had to send it to corporate office.

The adviser that my boyfriend and I went to see was truly one of a kind , her name is Demi C . I wanted to setup various different accounts and she took care of each and every one with professionalism . Her smile was contagious . I would recommend Demi C and the branch to anyone . It was really unhappy service for waiting time (average around 40 minutes) and not fast processing I hope some head managers come there and fix the huge problem soonar or later. they need re education for a better working most of them who working there.
