Wait time is acceptable, but I still prefer to use ATM when nothing extra other than deposit. ATM is envelope free and it is able to read the amount, so no need to type the amount again for deposit which is convenient.

few days ago, i went to this bank for renewing my mortgage. a guy who named Joe or John took my case and offered me his interest rating .of course as a customer i hope i can get the best interest rating, so i was trying to discuss with him if i can get a better interest rating. and he told me: no matter how much you saved, you can not saving for a Ferrari.

Worst experience I have in this bank The branch manger i forgot her name when going inside her office in left side She is very disrespectful She dont know what's respact mean She threaded me that she will close my account she didnt know I have 2 mortgage and I been with BMo mor then 14 years that mean agent I was custmer she didnt work for bank Also since 2009 I have business account with this branch so I shift to TD and left account with only 5 transaction Now there suspeicies activity in my account without authorization money be send to Bestbuy so see what's going on I dont recommend to open account with this branch you will be disappointed for sure

The teller Fay and her manager were exceptionally helpful. The lazy staff inside the Metrotown location, however, a thing or two to learn from them.
