Slowest bank ever waited 20 mins in line.. ITS NOT EVEN BUSY!! They all need to be fired
You're welcomed here. Of course not as much as Chinese people, and nowhere near as Chinese people covered in brand labels. But you are welcomed. Kind of. Sort of.
Not so much against the staff, but the branch managers/supervisors make some of the most bizzare decisions. They can decide to hold your cheque for 15 business days for no apparent valid reasons, despite previous deposits did not require the same 15 days hold.
If I don't know better, I may even think their decisions are made at a whim and required no explanations whatsoever. Baffling to say the least.
Edit - tried calling to resolve issue, and was told that they are experiencing technical difficulty after waiting for 33 minutes and prompty got hung up on. Downgrade review from 2 stars to 1. GG WP
advisor opening my account was friendly and helpful. td app is pretty great. kinda sucks my cheque was held cuz my boss doesn't do direct deposits. nice clean location. long lineups
