I spent more than an hour to wire money from one account to another. The lady Anita was not just incompetent, but also rude and inpatient. We have never had any problem with the BMO in Richmond but having such a tough time in this Burnaby branch. Never coming back here again and should really work on the hiring. But outside of her, all the staffs were friendly and nice also knowledgeable. Would have spoke to a manager but just doesn’t have another hour for this matter.

Pleasant experience with applying for a credit card with Dennis and I want to say her name was Lauren or Leslie. Service was friendly and efficient. This location doesn't have cash any more like a standard branch, which it sounds like people have been slow to catch on to. If you are looking for a standard branch location, it is not too far away (currently labelled BMO private bank on Google Maps). Overall, open concept design and friendly staff.

They don't have any cash on hand if you need to withdraw money don't go there.

Not set up like the BMOs that I’m used to, I can imagine it might take some time if it is busy but it was not for me. My first time at this branch, did an address change with Dennis who was absolutely lovely with helping me and made sure the rest of my account was up to date. Great service from him!
