It was a very good experience visited this branch. Quick transaction, organized traffic control, short waiting time and nice people here. I am a new customer, the representative Ann(e) is super knowledgeable and friendly. RBC is lucky to have her in the service team:). Also the amazing advisor Freya helped me set up my account with professional suggestion, and she definitely brought a positive vibe for the visiting. I am happy to have this branch as my home branch.

Rbc really loves to nickel and dime you for everything. Can’t even waive 50 cents for closing an account. What a joke. All the employees I’ve seen are miserable

Staff is very cooperative and I had an appointment with Conille Dong she was very nice and sweet. Service is very Good

I had an appointment and usually I get a get a refund for the parking fees but this time I was told that I cannot as I didnot used to parking machine to pay and used the hand tag app instead. In these unprecedented times of COVID 19, I would like the staff to respect an individual's needs. I don't want to touch the buttons on the paying machine as no one is cleaning it. I will never return to this branch again if I have to pay for the parking using the machine only.
