A malfunctioning pump spilled fuel onto my motorcycle when the lever was not pressed. I told the cashier and they refused to place the pump out of service saying I pressed the handle. I said I'd like the receipt for the gas I pumped then. $0.00. Proving me right. I was very lucky the fuel did not ignite when it spilled onto the hot motorcycle engine. A huge fat 0 for safety at this location.

This place consistently gauges people every morning. I walk past it everyday and in the morning it is consistently 10-15 cents/L more than the wasp down the street then the afternoon. Somehow it matches up. 16 cents more expensive 7th June 16 cents more expensive 8th June 9 cents more expensive 14th June 7 cents more expensive 22nd June 15 cents more expensive June 25th

Nice staff but dismayed that they feel the need to lock the doors early and use a security window in such a mellow, secure area of Burnaby. Frustrating when one is looking for simple convenience.

Too hard to get the car up next to the pump. If you drive a full size vehicle like me, and if its busy there. I wish you the best of luck at pulling up to that pump.
