TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Turns out that Td does not uphold there own Policies regarding deposit accounts and Access to your funds when you open an account there. The App states clearly that I should have access to funds. Turns out TD teller has made the personal decision to not uphold the Deposit policy that is shown on the app. Clearly the banks Do not have to uphold The policies set forward. Shame shame. Wish I new this before my money was Locked up. Thinking about simply closing it entirely and dealing with credit unions. Terrible start to the relationship.

Going to this branch almost every day! Friendly customer service with Alan, Jayson and Nathan. Plus they always have a experienced backup Karmen and Cindy! I worked with many bank and branches all over Canada and outside of the country. This branch for sure in my favorite 5! :)

Friendly and usually no line up. I have yet to run into any problems. I use this branch at least once a month since moving to the area. Giving it a 4star rating only because i read some horrible review stories about this branch/TD. I joined up with TD when they were offering a free tablet several years ago and they managed to squirrel their way out of giving me that sign on bonus. It’s a bank, you are only a number to them. It’s all you can ever expect.

A very inefficient, incompetent unhelpful staff and I will have to give up on this branch. The TD Estate department is even more of a mess. I have spent $1,000.00 on a lawyer to get them to do the right thing...still waiting. If you have any health compromised loved ones with money in TD get it out before they pass. They have now held the money for a year and his only child was born after his death. He died with a will they will not honour. They definitely know how to distress grieving families. So sad.
