The tellers and day to day staff at this branch are wonderful. But slip into the back office and the experience is not one most people would want to have. While completing our 3rd mortgage with TD the treatment my wife and I received from management was horrendous. So poor that I have created a Case Study: "What Really Bad Customer Service Looks, Sounds and Feels Like". Make no mistake the big banks in Canada are just as ugly and without conscience as we all think they are.
Love this branch. It feels like a village meeting place, with coffee, newspapers, magazines and open space. Whenever I go there are always customers chatting in line. Wish all banks could be like this.
