Absolutely horrible customer service The car wash stopped working and rather than listening to my issue the gentleman on the counter talked over me and berated me. I would strongly suggest management consider replacing the young man who was on shift at 1:15pm on September 1/19 as he does not have even basic customer service skills

This is a great Shell and the staff are always super friendly. Their posted hours say they're open until 12am, but the convenience store won't serve you after 11pm - it would be nice if they posted that somewhere.

Stopped in to grab a couple drinks after the castle. Got what we needed quickly but the tap machine didn’t work so couldn’t use Apple Pay. Had to dig for my wallet instead. Small gripe I know but I’ve become accustomed to Apple Pay everywhere I go.

Whatever you're paying these clerks, it's not enough. Better customer service than I would expect to receive at most restaurants, and they're not even fishing for tips! Just genuinely nice people. I mostly interact with Dean but all of them are great.
