Ramp for wheelchairs is a +
Probably one of the worst branches and or banks you could deal with at any level. Highly rude employees especially the information desk employees. Even more so if you land on the Greek women. She lacks tact and an extensive vocabulary to say the least. Customer experience = Zero.
Do yourself a favour and go to RBC or just about any back other than this one.
