I came Saskatoon to Montreal as Business trip.I went to Bank to get make pay order, I reached in Bank 15 mins earlier closing time. Manager Varinder asked to me provide 2 ID and shown him then he said me that take time to verify your Account. I replied him go head check and verify my account . After all he refused to make pay order . He told me come Monday , I asked him will go back Saskatoon Sunday. I could not come Monday. Lost my business trip and money. I recommend every one don’t go Jean talon west branch. I have business and personal account with TD Bank 18 years. Manager Varinder Completely untrained Manager. I request higher Authorities take action above Manager, he is losing Business of Td Bank. Very Poor Customer Service. Manager Varinder Dhillon So Roud and dealing Customers like king. From Imdad Ali

The employees were very nice and quick to me and I never had a problem with this branch for 2 decades. I don't think they know me or anything since i rarely go to the bank in person and it's always a different person who serves me. The only thing that upset me are the customers who waited in line outside due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They DO NOT respect social distancing. They get close right behind you and one man keep dusting off his belly on my direction and I asked for distancing and he laughs at me and ignores the distancing. The other minor thing is when using their ATM, 2 of them when you press a button the sound are so unnecessary loud.

I have been a customer for 10 years now and this is one of the worst TD branches in the city IMO. Often under-staffed and unable to serve customer demand in a timely matter. I try to avoid going to the branch in person because on every occasion that I have visited, there have been long lineups... upwards of 15 people waiting at 2 pm. on a Wednesday kind of deal... this being pre covid-19 so it has nothing to do with it... this bank is just overall very poor in service quality regardless.Today I tried to withdraw some cash and all 3 of their ATM's were out of service so that was the last straw & I finally decided to write a review and give this branch the 1 star they deserve.
