RBC Royal Bank

Update September 05, 2020: RBC Royal Bank is not a real bank. I withdrawn all my funds and closed my account late in 2019, or early 2020 I believe, that is well half a year now and RBC Royal Bank keeps on sending me email notifications to view monthly statements since! Now how more of careless and disrespectful could you be to human being? Attempt to address it at the branch would result in silence and cartoon on " in the background. Do you know how to treat a dollar at least?

Horrible customer service. Went to deposit money into my wife’s account and was meet with attitude and hostility. I remember as a kid hearing a story about a a guy paying some ones mortgage off as a gesture of good will. While this bank would tell that person to turn around and get the f out of town. So Sad as you’d figure in a small town you wouldn’t run into attitudes like this. Also a huge “shame” to the telephone system there. Good luck trying to talk to a person and if you do get ahold of someone your probably talking to someone half a world away. Why even pretend to have a local telephone number on your website. SHAME

There schedule is the worst ever to deal with has a contractor open 9:30 close at 5..... it's like they want to make sure you can't make it on time. It's a new business account and I already look other options.you don't know how much time and money I already lost just to go deposit a cheque...
