To read the previous comments I realize that I am not the only one to live a great dissatisfaction with this branch. Meet an incompetent financial adviser. Credit application completely other than that request. Bad information give for the details of the celi. I am promised to call back as soon as possible. 2 weeks later no news I have to present me on a Saturday to get answers .. Ask to speak to the director of the branch, she is absent. ask her to call me .. 3 and a half weeks later by return call. If you have a choice go elsewhere.

For 2-3 years the service has been non-existent ... error on certified check, interminable delays in preparing papers for the purchase of a house. Computer error making sure to stop hyped payments. No dedicated advisor ... big bank charges with no service .... worse than a pop case .... I'm going to close my accounts and move all my financial products. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Poor service received from the bank, it is all spoiling when calling the director of customer services myriam swell, arrogant attitude filled with contempt, couple speech and disrespect! Even says to me: you should know it you are financial adviser !! Should clean up this company which cannot serve the interests of the customers!
