RBC Royal Bank

I had a phone appointment done with the branch through online system. And of course, no one called. What is the point of even offering this service if you are not planning on actually doing this? Is our time worth nothing?This is just disgraceful to advertise "how great you are" while in fact your customers mean nothing to you.

I had enough of RBC's terrible service and closed my account 2 years ago. Thankfully this branch keeps reminding me that I made the right decision by taking my business elsewhere. I'm waiting for statements of a closed account for 3 weeks. They're clueless...

We are closing our account with RBC after 36 years with them. I experienced bad service with the teller and the branch manager. Other banks offer excellent service to make their customers happy and satisfied but not this bank.

Like this location. But too few staff. Sometimes wait time is long.

Over 30 minutes to do a deposit and get some change.
